Our flagship studio is at 4 Ponsonby Road, Auckland 1011 - at the Karangahape Road end of Ponsonby Road. It is our own studio, staffed by our own whitening specialists, and it is the home of the brand.

Three options at our Ponsonby studio. The Touch Up Package is $149 for a 45 minute appointment with a single application - best if you are topping up a result you already have. The Confidence Package is $229 for 75 minutes with two applications, and it is what we recommend if this is your first time. The Double Deal is $399 for two people, which works out at $199.50 each.

Yes. We are open until 9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and open both weekend days - Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 2pm. Monday, Wednesday and Friday we close at 6pm.

Honestly, it depends on what you are after. In studio gets you the fastest visible change in one sitting, supervised, with someone checking your shade as they go - good before a wedding or a shoot. At home costs less over time and lets you top up whenever you like. Plenty of our customers do both: a studio session to get there, then strips or the kit to stay there.

Tell the team when you book. Sensitivity is common and manageable - usually by spacing sessions out rather than pushing through, and by pausing if you feel anything. Our specialists deal with this constantly and will build the appointment around it rather than treating it as a problem.
