TWC8 Terms & Conditions

All times are New Zealand time. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

1. The offer

1.1 30% off applies sitewide online at whiteningco.nz from 8:00am Wednesday 16 September 2026. The discount is applied automatically and no code is required.

1.2 The promotion is scheduled to run for 24 hours. The Whitening Co may extend the promotion at its discretion, and any extension will be announced. The promotion closes at the time stated in the most recent announcement.

1.3 The discount does not apply to gift cards. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code or promotion.

1.4 The discount applies to the listed price of each eligible product at the time of purchase.

1.5 Early access may be offered to selected email subscribers by way of a unique code. Early access codes are limited to one use per customer and expire when the general promotion begins.

1.6 During the promotion, The Whitening Co may send a private offer by email to selected subscribers. A private offer is valid only for the times stated in that email, is limited to one use per customer, and replaces the 30% discount rather than adding to it. Private offers are not available on request and cannot be applied to orders already placed.

2. The shake

2.1 Each customer is entitled to one shake of the Magic 8 Ball for the duration of the promotion. The shake takes place at the cart, before checkout.

2.2 Shake rewards are allocated randomly. Rewards are applied automatically to the cart. No purchase-value minimum applies to the shake itself.

2.3 Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

2.4 Where a reward is a free product and stock of that product is exhausted, an alternative reward of equal or greater value will be substituted.

2.5 One shake per customer is enforced by browser and device. The Whitening Co accepts no responsibility for a shake that is lost, not recorded, or not completed due to a technical fault, network interruption, or a customer's browser settings.

3. Specific rewards

3.1 The free UV3 is limited to eight winners across the promotion — four on each day. It is awarded instantly by the shake, applies to any order value, and is not redeemable for cash or store credit.

3.2 The TWC Beauty Bag reward requires a minimum cart value of $99 before shipping. The reward is awarded regardless of cart value and will apply automatically once the cart reaches $99.

3.3 "Jumps the queue" means the order is prioritised for dispatch. It is not a guaranteed delivery date and does not upgrade or change the shipping service selected at checkout.

3.4 All other shake rewards apply to any order value.

4. The TWC8 Magic 8 Ball and keychain

4.1 A TWC8 Magic 8 Ball is included with the first 300 online orders placed during the promotion. No minimum spend applies.

4.2 Orders placed after the first 300 receive a TWC8 keychain. Both are while stocks last.

4.3 Neither item can be purchased separately, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

5. Discount codes on the Magic 8 Ball

5.1 Selected answers on the TWC8 Magic 8 Ball are working discount codes.

5.2 These codes are valid from 12:00am Thursday 24 September 2026 to 11:59pm Sunday 27 September 2026. They will not work before or after this period.

5.3 Each code entitles the holder to 20% off one order, is limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.

5.4 Codes must be entered at checkout as a single word, with no spaces or punctuation.

5.5 The Whitening Co will not disclose which answers are active codes.

5.6 Each code can be used a limited number of times in total. Once that limit is reached the code stops working, even if the promotion period has not ended.

5.7 Despite clause 5.3, one further answer on the TWC8 Magic 8 Ball is a secret code worth up to $250 off one order. It is valid for the same period as the other codes, can be redeemed once only, by the first customer to use it, and will not work after that. It cannot be combined with any other offer, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. If the order total is less than $250, the difference is not refunded or credited.

5.8 The Whitening Co will not confirm or disclose the secret code, and nothing is owed to anyone who enters it after it has been redeemed.

6. In store

6.1 TWC Studio, Ponsonby — 30% off retail products and 30% off studio whitening bookings made between Wednesday 16 and Sunday 20 September 2026. The booking must be made within that window; the appointment itself may be for any available date within 12 months of booking. The discount applies to the booking price at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings. One shake per customer, unlocked by staff with any purchase or booking. In-store rewards differ from online rewards and are subject to availability. The free UV3 is an online reward only.

6.2 A customer who has shaken online may also shake in store. These are separate channels and one shake applies to each.

6.3 Participating stockists, including Life Pharmacy — in-store pricing and offers are set by the retailer and may differ from those online. Stock, dates and participation vary by store.

7. General

7.1 The promotion is open to customers placing orders through whiteningco.nz and, where stated, at the TWC Studio and participating stockists.

7.2 The Whitening Co reserves the right to amend these terms, or to vary, suspend or withdraw the promotion, at any time and without notice, where reasonably necessary.

7.3 The Whitening Co reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, or withdraw any reward, where it reasonably believes the promotion has been manipulated, abused, or entered in bad faith.

7.4 Where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, The Whitening Co may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

7.5 Nothing in these terms limits a customer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

7.6 Standard Whitening Co terms of sale, shipping terms and returns policy apply in addition to these terms.
