How to Enter: Any purchase made through The Whitening Co website during the promotion period will receive one (1) automatic entry.

Any purchase of a The Whitening Co product at Beauty by Life Albany, Beauty by Life Newmarket, Beauty by Life Queensgate, Life Pharmacy online, between 15–21 December 2025, will receive two (2) entries per transaction. Customers must scan or provide their Living Rewards membership, or have it correctly applied online, for entries to be valid.

Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 + only. Employees of The Whitening Co and immediate family members are excluded.

Prize: A $5,000 NZD Flight Centre travel voucher, valid toward return flights for two people from Auckland to New York City (or any other destination of the winner's choice).

Prize Value: $5,000 NZD total.

Draw Date: 22 December 2025.

Winner Notification: Winner notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days and announced on social media.

Delivery of Prize: Prize issued within 30 business days once winner confirms details and eligibility.

Voucher Validity: 12 months from issue date (subject to issuer's terms).

Exclusions: Prize not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

The Whitening Co "Win Flights to New York City" Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The Basic Company Ltd (trading as The Whitening Co), Auckland, New Zealand.
2. Promotion Period: Starts 2 December 2025 and ends 11:59 pm NZT on 21 December 2025 ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of The Whitening Co, its agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter: Make any purchase from The Whitening Co website (www.whiteningco.com) during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw. Each separate purchase counts as one entry. Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible. Life Pharmacy Purchases: Customers who purchase any The Whitening Co product from Beauty by Life stores located in Albany, Newmarket, or Queensgate, or via the Life Pharmacy online store, between 15 December 2025 and 21 December 2025 (NZT), will receive two (2) entries into the draw per eligible transaction. To qualify, customers must scan or provide their Living Rewards membership in-store, or ensure their Living Rewards membership is correctly applied to their Life Pharmacy online purchase. Transactions where a Living Rewards membership is not scanned, provided, or linked will not be eligible. Cancelled or refunded purchases are not eligible.

   For the purposes of administering the draw, Life Pharmacy Marketing will, on 22 December 2025, provide the Promoter with the total number of eligible Living Rewards transactions involving The Whitening Co products during the competition period. These eligible entries will be assigned sequential entry numbers separate from entries generated through The Whitening Co website. If an entry number corresponding to a Life Pharmacy purchase is drawn as the winner, Life Pharmacy Marketing will provide the relevant customer contact details to the Promoter solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment and winner notification, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Prize: One winner will receive a NZD $5,000 travel voucher, issued as a Flight Centre gift card (at the Promoter's discretion). The voucher may be used toward return economy-class flights for two people from Auckland to New York City or any other destination offered by the voucher issuer. If the total cost of the selected flights or travel exceeds NZD $5,000, the winner is responsible for paying any additional amount. Voucher terms and conditions apply. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred.
6. Draw, Notification & Prize Delivery: The winner will be drawn at random on 22 December 2025 and contacted via email and/or phone within five (5) business days. Once the winner has confirmed their details and eligibility, the prize will be issued within thirty (30) business days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm their eligibility within seven (7) days of first contact, a new winner may be drawn at the Promoter's discretion.
7. Prize Validity: The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. All bookings and travel are subject to availability and the voucher issuer's terms. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses such as accommodation, travel insurance, visas, and spending money.
8. Publicity: By entering, entrants agree that The Whitening Co may use their name and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion if circumstances beyond its control require it. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, The Whitening Co and its associated agencies are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the promotion, acceptance or use of the prize, or during travel undertaken using the voucher. The Whitening Co's responsibility is limited to providing the voucher to the winner. Any travel booked using the voucher is subject to the voucher issuer's and airline's standard terms and conditions.
11. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and in accordance with The Whitening Co Privacy Policy available at www.whiteningco.nz.
