2. Apply a 1mm thick coat of whitening formula to the surface of your teeth, (try to avoid your gums) and leave for just 25 minutes; make sure to use the BLK Light 2.0 to activate the hydrogen peroxide with our advanced LED technology.
3. Rinse your mouth with toothpaste and warm water to remove the excess gel.
4. Try not to eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after applying the gel.
