- Brush and dry your teeth before applying.
- Open the pouch and separate the upper and lower strips.
- Apply the longer strip to your upper teeth, shorter to lower. Press firmly to mould.
- Leave on for 40 minutes — or 25 minutes with BLK Light 2.0.
- Peel off and discard. Rinse thoroughly.
- Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after.
